Do I have to move my belongings out of my apartment?
a. No. All belongings can remain in the dwelling.

How will I know when my apartment is getting work done to it?
a. There will be three ways you will get information. A link will be added to the
Hampton point website that will have a project schedule. A notice will be delivered
one week before work will begin. Residents will also be notified by email and Doors
will be labeled three days prior indicated which trade will be in the apartment.

What if I have a Pet?
a. We will be working in all areas of the apartment unit after day one. We ask that
your pet be crated or moved off site.

Do I have to buy boxes and packing material?
a. No. Material will be provided 3 days before the renovation of your apartment
begins.

What if I have special needs or accommodations?
a. A Project Resident Specialist is assigned to help with any reasonable accommodations.

What areas in my apartment do I need to have ready for construction?
a. Kitchen cabinets and drawers, bath cabinets and drawers, medicine cabinets, dishwashers,
washers, dryers, bathtubs, countertops, walls in kitchen and baths, and floors in
kitchen and baths must be clear of personal belongings for flooring replacement.
